I am extremely disappointed with this company. Despite cancelling within the 14-day cooling-off period, I was still unfairly charged £513. After attempting to resolve the issue with the company, including contacting the CEO, I received little to no help. This entire situation has caused me a great deal of stress and has severely affected my mental health. It’s clear that this company is more focused on taking advantage of its customers than providing honest, fair service. As a small business owner, I expected better support, but instead, I was left feeling ripped off. I will be pursuing legal action and would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
