The call time to get through to connections is exceptionally long. I gave up after 1 hour 15 minutes and another 50 minutes. This was to correct an address error made by the salesperson. When I asked to put in a complaint, they wanted to know my resolution: uhm, reduce the call waiting time! and ensure that customer service operators are trained. to ensure the full correct address is put in. They said that wasn't possible. I had to persuade customer service to take this seriously, and for them to put in the complaint! Really not sure I can put with this. so will be cancelling my order.
