They are scammers, decided to go with a another supplier ( I was out of contract ) they sent me an email saying" I owed them £299.00, for early contract ending, £250.00, for cancellation of broad band, £250.00, for cancellation of telephone line and £99.00 for router) what a bunch of thieves. Glad to see the back of them.
