I would give zero if I could. I have never had such terrible service from a company. Usually if you are a business customer you get great service, but not from XLN/Daisy...nothing but issues from day one and not a word of apology or recompense. First they send two routers and then want to charge me for not sending one back when they've not sent the promised bag then tell me to pay for postage, next internet service is less than reliable, third zero mobile internet over an entire weekend because they can't help with that from about 4pm on a Friday until 9am on a Monday morning and now I have come home from holiday to discover they're introducing a new insurance charge that we have to opt out of and they've already added it to my bill... so 15 mins later of hanging on the phone I'm hanging on the phone to have this lates scurrilous charge removed. Make that 20 mins and still waiting...ended up being 45 mins. Seems that this Business Assurance charge is effectively another price hike..they're not going to cover fees if their equipment fails and according to their "customer services manager" they won't cover any fees if BTOpenreach come out full stop. Their customer services team does not seem to understand or have any level of customer service or how to make a customer feel heard or cared for
