They offer a good starting price & then bump up charges. Latest reason was I did not agree to change to fibre so the ADSL went up £12.35 pcm. I asked if Fibre was available & they went Oh no..its not, but still it's not their fault it's gone up during the contract period. I've got 2 lines with them as the first one was rubbish and so I thought if I positioned a 2nd one in a different part of the building . Still very slow, slower than BT line which is also ADSL. After some months of being fed up I called and asked them if I was still in contract as I couldn't remember the contract period(They do not send you the contract-although say they did/do). They said no I was not, so I cancelled, and signed up with Youfibre . They now say I WAS in contract but are silent when I asked for the call recordings whereby I was told I was not in contract. And they want to charge and early fee of over £520. Hopeless scammers
