Have been with XLN / Daisy for about 5 years. Currently my download speed is 0.04
and my upload speed is 0.25. Called to see what they could do. They did say at this speed your IT was practically unusable. Said they could fix the problem and it would cost £10. Surely an issue like this should be sorted for no charge? They said NO.
