Unfortunately XLN is not suitable for small businesses especially not Vat registered. Only first 3 months are free of Vat then Vat is added to the bill. Also the base cost is increased after first 3 months without any notice. Services like diverting calls or even caller display are available at an extra cost.
Incompetent customer support - gives misleading information on the phone when asked about billing in an unpleasant tone.
Minimum 2 year contract.
Overall not impressed at all with their service.
