Awful service.
Since starting our contract with this company we have had a recurring issue with internet uptime during work hours. We have contacted them possibly hundreds of times regarding it, and they have done nothing but ask us the to send them pictures of the router and how it is set up. We have had one engineer visit which did not improve the situation at all. We are seriously considering cancelling the direct debt and moving to a new provider because there is no progress being made and it seems like they are making no attempt to fix or identify the issue.
