Terrible customer service. Now into 4 weeks without broadband after a fault. Fobbed off every time we chase it up. One of their customer service people was absolutely disgusting in his rude, incompetent manner.
Will be moving all 4 of our lines plus broadband services and wouldn’t recommend to anyone
