Had a top that was not the right size but had lost the receipt only interested in an exchange for a bigger size but told they were not allowed to do this without the receipt even with the tags on. I had recently spent about £300 in this shop and the staff recognised me but still no joy what a joke will not be using this shop again and will tell others not to either. Put the top in the bin in front of them and told them how discussed I was with them and this company.
