Missing item, no refund! Solved in 5min After spending £84 on 4 items from this company, I promptly received my delivery 2 days later. I was excited because I already have 2 items from Yours from different companies and I think they’re ok. Nothing extraordinary, but comfy if you are on the bigger size. One item was missing from my parcel, luckily just an oversized t-shirt for which I’ve paid £12. After contacting customer service, the advisor Sophie quickly reassured me she’s going to investigate this and get back to me. Let me tell you she hasn’t investigated nothing. She would’ve been more excited to put in some steps to make herself a coffee than have a look into this. 5 minutes after my call with her, I received her response that no refund or replacement will be done, because all the scans (courier and warehouse) were ticked on her “customer service” list, hence I’m lying and they’re truthful about dispatching all the items. I’m returning one of the 3 items I received so I’m holding my breath regarding the smooth process. Poor customer service and be aware if you’re missing items from the parcel. They won’t refund. First order, never again.

No live chat option (only AI, no humans) - it gives you an option to request an email back but it has been nearly a week and I still haven’t received anything. I called instead and the lady was quite rude/blunt. The tracking page isn’t working and I don’t have a courier tracking number & my package is late! (Need for funeral so quite urgent). Shocking

Goodness me, the quality of the clothing is dreadful, material cheap and not nice. The fit is shocking. I ordered 21 items. Only 1 item fit correctly, so i kept that 1 item. I've just seen the refund and it says it takes £1.99 return postage (which is fair enough).. PLUS £1.00 CHARGE FOR EVERY ITEM I'VE RETURNED. THATS £21.99. I shall NEVER EVER order from YOURS again. If I'd known that I wouldn't have placed an order in the first place. I have mobility problems so I have to buy my clothes online. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered 3 dresses (all the same size and style) and all 3 were faulty. The first one had the stitching missing from the inside pocket and I only noticed when I put a packet of tissues in the pocket and they landed at my feet! The 2nd dress arrived and was an inch shorter in the bodice on one side so I ordered a 3rd and paid express delivery for it. That's arrived today and the material has a large area where the colour has been 'missed' so it's a lot lighter in one area. Shocking quality - I'd love to know who in responsible for quality control. And to add insult to injury you have to agree to let them deduct payment for returning it and have to rely on their judgement it's faulty before they agree not to charge you to return it. I have enclosed a letter with each dress advising I want my delivery charge credited too as I don't see why I should pay them to deliver sub-standard items to me. I've never had a quality item from them - most of the things I've ordered in the past are clothes I'd just slouch in. Awful company.

Where do I start?.... Why do you not now stock anything above a 28 in stores? Are larger people supposed to be shamed into not going out to shop for clothing? Don't give me the rubbish excuse that you don't sell many of the larger sizes in store, you have only ever supplied stores with 1 or 2 size 30-32 for years & years. What gives you the right to oust larger women from the high street to choose what we like to wear? Oh yes, because you love to try & rip us off by charging more to the customer to return items, no wonder Andrew Killingsworth is a damn multi-millionaire, he's forgotten all about us people who supported him in his very 1st shop in March, cambs & have done ever since. The quality of items have gone downhill & prices have gone up ridiculously over the last few years, then there's shoes, jeeez who wants to wear ill fitting shoes in the same boring designs year after year, they're awful. Pull your fingers out Yours Clothjng before you head the same way as Evans! Yes I know you now own Evans but you wouldn't have touched them a few years back before they closed all their stores & got greedy by moving to online only. I've added 3 pictures of recently purchased midaxi nightdresses which suppliers have reverted to use the cheap plastic fixings again, which snap in the 1st use. Customer Services online didn't want to know because I purchased instore!

Impossible to return on line After putting collection point in proceed button doesn’t open. Had to phone up twice they did not want to help me create a return very poor customer service!

This site is a scam! You cannot return without it costing an high amount. They ask for your credit card information just to return. Nope! Not scamming me. I donated the outfits instead of giving my credit card just to return. Beware, beware, beware

I had no choice but to shop online because they no longer stock 30/32 in stores anymore so had to pay delivery and now the cheek to add on paying returns..... even for faultly items!!! With so many other places to shop online now.. I will stick to free return company's. Yours have pushed customers away.. same with Evans all the same group now.

Returned two summer tops, Total order £29.00 and £2.99 p&p Only refunded £26.00 Disgusting and will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Complete rip off on returns, so basically the customers are paying the wages of the quality control team!!!! I have emailed them and complained that this is a total rip off but same reply from the customer service team the cost from the quality control team blah blah. Never buying from them again.

Absolutely appalling. The jumper was poor quality, Yours may have taken over the Long Tall Sally brand but they have not upheld the original company's high standards. As for returning the jumper it was a rip-off. They charge postage on the original order and then deduct it from the refund and as you have to pay the return you are effectively being charged 3 times; then to add insult to injury they did not refund the full price of the jumper even though it is was still advertised at full price. Avoid.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Returns are a rip off. They're making money from returns! They deducted £1.99 (their processing fee) plus the delivery fee I originally paid, £2.99, from my refund. I cannot see mention of this deduction of £2.99 delivery fee in their online terms and conditions laid out when I returned the item. No other online clothing company I've bought from does this! So I rang twice to request Ts and Cs stating this to be emailed to me, it never arrived. Their customer services staff are abrupt, rude and patronising.

I usually buy flowers for my friend for her birthday but this time I thought it would be nice to surprise her for her birthday. I bought a jacket online on the 28th December and still waiting on it to be delivered. I have contacted them and still no response. Some surprise ...nothing. Customer service is terrible. Ireland need a shop like this to give a service that people pay for. Run them out of town people. Let us be heard not ignored. They have ignored me. Never buy a thing off them again. Can't leave photo it hasn't arrived yet on a slow boat from China

I would have given zero if it was an option. Absolutely let down by the level of customer care given. I placed an order and received an item 3 sizes too small despite this being a brand specifically for plus size people. When I enquired for a replacement I was bluntly told I would have to return the item, and wait for the item to be approved before they would exchange it. I did so and followed the instructions given to me by their customer service team and despite having corresponded with them specifically before returning the item to ensure I would receive an exchange, they once again failed me and sent me a refund rather than an exchange, which they did not communicate and I had to chase up myself! When I raised this as a complaint, I was met with cold and uncaring responses saying there was nothing they could do. Rubbish!!! The person I spoke to had a passive aggressive and almost rude tone in their emails and basically ended the correspondence with, either I place a new order (with delivery cost refunded after purchase, which takes 3-5 days with most banks) or go away. This is unacceptable customer service and I'd expect more from a big brand like Yours. What an absolute disappointment.

Company needs a huge lesson in customer service. Worst I’ve experienced in a long time! Be wary of the cleanliness of the items you receive… I was sent dirty, covered in mud boots that had been worn by somebody else and just repeatedly got sent copy and pasted responses that didn’t offer a suitable resolution to the issue. Best you can do is not being charged £2 for the return or 25% off some dirty boots worn my someone else. If you’re going to have a customer service team, don’t just make them copy and paste the same generic email that had no specific relevance to the issue. There was nothing genuine about any response or apology I’ve received, this was the first time ordering from you and I’m hugely disappointed, more so in your terrible reply’s than the actual issue!!

I returned 10 items via RM , yours wear house says the box arrived with 1 item Yours sent me email to say case closed after investigation However RM have confirmed the parcel weighed 20k which is very heavy . Yours have not contacted or spoken to RM . Just closed the complaint , the goods come to nearly £300 , they can take me to court because I have the proof that I need as to the weight of the parcel from RM Not even speaking or contacting RM and closing the case is not acceptable. Look forward to seeing you in court
