Missing item, no refund! Solved in 5min
After spending £84 on 4 items from this company, I promptly received my delivery 2 days later. I was excited because I already have 2 items from Yours from different companies and I think they’re ok. Nothing extraordinary, but comfy if you are on the bigger size. One item was missing from my parcel, luckily just an oversized t-shirt for which I’ve paid £12.
After contacting customer service, the advisor Sophie quickly reassured me she’s going to investigate this and get back to me. Let me tell you she hasn’t investigated nothing. She would’ve been more excited to put in some steps to make herself a coffee than have a look into this. 5 minutes after my call with her, I received her response that no refund or replacement will be done, because all the scans (courier and warehouse) were ticked on her “customer service” list, hence I’m lying and they’re truthful about dispatching all the items. I’m returning one of the 3 items I received so I’m holding my breath regarding the smooth process. Poor customer service and be aware if you’re missing items from the parcel. They won’t refund. First order, never again.
