“If possible I would give no stars.How can I return using Asda when you do not include a returns label and I do not have a printer? Easy returns---what a joke.I will probably end up keeping a dress costing over 40 pounds, which does not fit me because trying to return is almost impossible unless you live near a store.”

“I placed an order 3 19 2022 your company was nice enough to take the 77.71 and still no hoodies I emailed more than once can't get an answer can't even get someone to pick up the phone it's almost 3months can't believe this”

“Only shop i can use......this years range of clothes is abysmal.....put these clothes on a plus size 32 with arms and legs to match!!!I dont want suits to my thighs and grow on sleeves.....and I certainly don't want frills and shirred waist lines or t shirts made from a flimsy clingy material!!!the prices have go higher and the quality much much worse.glad newlook do SOME bits in a 32”

“I ordered a swimsuit from Yours Clothing. They promised tracking info and charged me £3.99 for delivery at Asda . No tracking info was available , no sign of my parcel . Impossible to contact them by phone. Tried emailing but just got automated replies . Out of the blue I got an email saying they accepted my refund. I never requested a refund. They refunded my order minus the delivery charge for an item they never even attempted to deliver. This company is rubbish ...what a scam , taking orders and promising delivery items they don't have in stock or don't deliver, making money on all undelivered orders ....don't go near them ! I'm now in contact with my credit card company as a matter of principal !”

“Horrendous company , bought a pair of Jeans on April 26th and paid for 3-5 Day delivery by Yodal .It’s now two weeks later and still have not received my order .Received emails by both Yours and Yodal informing me my order was in transit , complete fabrication on both counts as Yodal don’t even appear to be able to track any orders themselves , and that’s when your lucky enough to get through to there call Centre . Poor service on Yours as a company and Yodal dont even know where there parcels are , will not be using either of these company’s ever again , beware !”

“Delivery is a very long and bad service and they charge you for it as well. My order still hasn't arrived since I made it on the 30th April. Its been sat in the local depot since the 4th May!! I had to go on to the tracking and ask for it to be delivered today! I'm sure the clothes will be going back as I have some shorts and t shirts from there, which are bad quality given the price paid as they already have holes or tears after two washes!”

“Ordered on line to be delivered to an Asda store spent 30 minutes to be told they carn’t find it I rung yours before I went to store and asked for QR code and was told I didn’t need one because it was a business address. Still haven’t got my blouse don’t know where it is although I have confirmation it was delivered 😡”

“The top and shoes I ordered were of good quality and a fair price. But I keep getting automated phone calls, some quite late in the evening. I am a disabled person and these calls are becoming a right 'pain'. Please, please stop calling me.”

“Customer service seems to be extremely lacking with this company. I was assured that I would receive no further contact, after receiving unwanted emails…. I am still receiving them, despite asking again, very nicely. The company did not even bother to reply last time.”

“Would give less than one star if I could what as happened to the quality of your clothes ordered two skirts would have had to be on stilts to wear them plus material so thin one blouse which was so screwed up it looked like a old polishing rag no shape to it just a cut out square and the cardigan well not worth discribing always bought from yours but last time No wonder when I took back to shop to get refund it was empty though I ordered this online what happened to your clothes seen better in charity shops”

“What is going on with the quality of your clothing?! I bought a coat and I would have had to have arms that reached the floor for them to fit. Returned. In the same batch I received a top with a huge stain across the back (I have washed it and it’s fine but still) And another top which I took on holiday only to find it had a hole in it which I hadn’t noticed and thank god I don’t have fat arms because the arms are a very snug fit. The quality used to be great but not any more. Very disappointing!”

“Have had to return my order. Hermes have had it for nine days now and still not received by Yours Clothing. I am expected to wait for 21 days for my refund. If not received, then and only then can I chase it. !!! Appalling service”

“Order a coat, it didn't come! So phoned up, girl at the shop said there's no customer service number anymore 😕 But I rang the number anyway got through to customer service!! She said it's out of stock! That I was refunded, why didn't they send email? Common courtesy would have been nice.”
