Just terrible.
My experience has elements of most of the reviews below.
No contact details for phoning Yours when my return was held up for weeks by the dodgy courier company they use in Ireland. A frustrating webchat where I had to constantly repeat details to various personnel, some of whom were plain rude.
Now a delay in getting refund, despite emails stating it would be received within 5 days and 7 days.
I really think it is contrived thievery.
