I have had a number of issues with the quality of the clothes, from shrinking despite proper washing instructions, Items becoming misshapen, and detail glitter stars in fabric wearing off in parts.
After some lounge pants shrunk 6” in the leg, I was asked to send them in even though it was over 28 days, they then said they wouldn’t look at them as it was over 28 days and they would charge P&P to send back. Faulty item so I said put it in the bin and I will not shop with them anymore. There has been a problem with all my orders!,
