I received 2 peplum tops early may. Took them on holiday and they where enormous. Reported within the 28 days but was messed about by customer services and given unobtainable telephone numbers. I contacted resolve who have been working with me. On the 14 of June I was contacted by yours and they said they would refund me my money and it would be in my bank within 7 days so I return goods as they are faulty. They e Mail me a label no bigger than a postage stamp.😂 I sent items back. Yesterday I received an e Mail saying that because the items where now over 28 days return that they can not refund my money and received an e voucher to spend with them. What a fraudulent company they have turned out to be. They forced me out of a 28 day refund. Clever way of not paying out. Wont use them again. Might write to the CEO.
