If I could give zero stars I would !!! Dont even bother buying online from them. I was a loyal customer for few years now and I have spend over 2k so far purchasing from them for my mother and sent them abroad. Last 3 orders have been a nightmare !!!!! 1st) I placed and order and I realized I ordered something that I didnt meant to!! I contacted them 2 mins later through all the ways ( email and live chat) asking them to cancel this order, they didnt. They said once the order has been placed , it cannot cancelled !!! OK !!! even if thats 2 minutes after the order placed???? Thats just UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!! 2nd) I placed an order online to sent abroad with 2 items in there . One of them got sent correctly and the other sent wrong size !!! When i spoke with customer service I ve been told to ask my mum ( 60yo woman and ill who doesnt even know how to use touch screen phone) to take a photo and prove that the wrong size has been sent as they sent a size up !! Of course my mum is unable to do something like that so i skipped it. 3rd) After the last 2 bad experiences with this company, i attempted to place another order for my mum to surprise her, and I ordered 4 tops size 22-24 and I double checked before I submit the order as i had been scammed before. All sizes were 22-24 and the sizes received were 26-28!!! When i tried to contact customer services they told me that these were the sizes i ve ordered and asked me to prove them the opposite !! How can i prove you the opposite when you dont submit receipt after the order which will be showing the sizes ordered? And lets say you sent receipt with the sizes ordered, what if wrong sizes ordered? Would you cancel the order or would you do anything to help your customer?OF COURSE NO!! all what you would do it would be "sorry we cannot cancel the order even if you told us 2 seconds after you placed it, and if its wrong size, even if its going abroad you need to pay for your return " so basically your customers dont have any option or after sales assistance once an order has been placed !! As someone who is working in retail management for high end retailer I will advice you something .... look after you loyal customers because these are the ones that will return. And even if you go out of your way for a customer and make a refund to please a customer you should know that this customer would come back even if your services are not great. But if you ignore customer issues after and you dont go out of your way to provide a solution then you lost a customer for life. Well done for you exceptional service. You just lost a customer .
