If you inquire about a failed delivery, they won't help track the item. The only response is a robotic automated reply via email.
According to their policy if the driver send GPS at your address its delivered.. However my item was not delivered to my address the driver left it five neighbours away, left no card to indicate where left. This I found out by catching the driver a few days later.
