I ordered quite a few items from Yours Clothing new franchise called Pixie Girl.
I returned them via Evry Courier on 17th August. I received no email to prove return or that they have received my parcel.
I have tried to contact via chat but it doesn't work
I have phoned numerous times but after 5 minutes of being on hold it goes straight to an engaged tone
I have messaged on Facebook messenger 3 times and received an automated response saying that they will reply in 72hrs. I still haven't received a reply!
I am owed a refund for £180! It's a lot of money to lose!
I don't know what else to do other than maybe complain to trading standards.
Same as others have stated. I would give zero stars for the lack of communication. It's not like they are a small company so it's disgusting that there is no response!
