Oh my gosh what has happened to yours clothing!? I’ve been shopping at Yours for as long as I can remember and things have changed.
I returned some items and I had to pay a ridiculous refund fee of around £14! I queried this to be told very rudely this is the new policy since 31st March. I asked to make a complaint regarding this to received a rude response saying the new owner has made the decision and I will have to pay. I asked to add customer service to my complaint and now had no response. It is such a shame that it’s gone this way….
