I likeYours Clothing, and usually shop online, but I have to say their customer service is APPALLING. You can’t email direct, and it usually takes 4/5 times before you get a reply!
Five weeks on, I’m still trying to get my issues resolved, and if it wasn’t for the fact they owe me money, I’d have given up long ago.
Buying from them is simply NOT worth the effort!
