Zazzle is not customer friendly. I paid about $10 for Black something or the other membership. This was to cover delivery costs for a year. BALONEY! I placed an order on Dec 4th, and on the same day, received an email saying my order was started and would arrive by Dec 28th. However, I could pay more and receive it sooner. That is absurd. Unless they deliberately delayed the processing and delivery of an order for a person who had “joined” their black program, there is no way 3 small notebooks could take that long to ship. I want to cancel the renewal of my black membership and would like a refund. Zazzle should not place customers who pay for a premium service at the bottom of the list. I will never order from Zazzle again. Please refund my money and cancel my order. Zazzle is not customer friendly.
