“I ordered 3 mugs and 2 came perfectly. 1 arrived damaged despite all the bubble wrap. I reached the day of (May 11, 2025) and received confirmation they will put it in production on May 12. Up to 2 business days to make, 4-7 business days to ship and deliver. I kept getting emails if I got my ORIGINAL package and instead it led to this review. Still no update or tracking or anything on the replacement mug. It’s now May 25, past the business days they had told me. I understand delays but not providing a single update afterward is highly disappointing.”

“The color of the shirt is much darker than I expected so the text doesn’t stand out. But exchanging it for a do-over sounds very complicated and I would have to pay for transportation to the post office plus pay postage so I think I’ll start over with a new tshirt pn another website.”
