The cards had a very small and hard to read font. I thought the print would be better and larger but not this time. We can use them but it’s really not a good look.

Quality was variable. There were 3 images and they vary across the mug. Some are blurry and some are good resolution.

The edges of several cards were bent, some on multiple corners. Also, some sort of coating was peeling off the top right corner of the card, the ink on the back side of the cards rubbed off on the white front of the cards stacked underneath each one, and because I couldn’t edit the design text, I couldn’t match the color well enough for our family names so they’re off color. Never ordering from Zazzle again. First and last time. I keep trying to upload a photo but the platform says to try later or contact support. Adding salt to the wound don’t you think?

I was a bit disappointed, the stamp doesn't pick up ink very well making the stamps half visible when you stamp . The material appears to not take on the ink.. this has lead me to needing press the stamp super hard into the ink pad for a couple minutes before each time I stamp it. Not a great stamp. Doubt I would use Zazzle again unless I could be shown a better product.

The printing on the side with the tree was SO light. You can hardly read the pink lettering on the white. It’s like a printer was running out of ink. I’m disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Especially for the price, you think you’d get better quality! (I would add a photo but your system wouldn’t upload it…disappointed all around.)

The stamp was not trimed around the design and we had to do that with an exacto knife. For the frice I expected more care given to the stamp. Works ok now on fabric.

It's not necessarily a bad experience. It's just that the stamp my mother had me order for her was smaller than she expected/would have liked it to be.

Labels were smaller than I expected and the color was very faded looking on the print. I will not be using them on my jam and jelly jars as I had hoped to do. I’m very disappointed. It looked as if the printer used ran out of ink

I keep getting notices saying my order(s) has/have been delivered but it/they haven’t. I ordered prints of Winona Lake July 25. This is August 1.
