“Some of the letters were blotchy and uneven. I was looking forward to receiving my T-shirt and when I saw it, I was very disappointed. I wanted to wear it to an Asian Festival ☹️”

“I received 6 fewer envelopes than I ordered. I order 40 invitations and cards but only 34 envelopes arrived. The cards themselves were lovely, but it was inconvenient to have the wrong number of envelopes.”

“Ordered products 2 weeks before Christmas and had to pay shipping on each product individually. Then, they cancelled one of my orders and never notified me. I noticed with less than a week before Christmas and had to reorder now spending more in shipping than on the actual product. I was very disappointed with this experience and won't be using them again.”
