“The cards were what I ordered, but they weren’t shiny like I envisioned. I also had to trim the Boston cards because the image didn’t fill the card. I think they could have been better quality.”

“I love everything about my purchase except for the huge crease all the way down. I would return it and ask for a new one but I read reviews and you have to ship the old one back and I don’t want to go through the hassle. For as much as I paid for it it should not have a huge crease down the middle of it of I should not have to go through the hassle of sending it back to get a replacement.”

“I thought I was purchasing a personalized photo album. What I got was a personalized binder. Slightly embarrassing to give as a gift. But, the picture turned out nice. And, I had no problems with the delivery.”

“The card design we chose for my daughter quinceanera's invitation stated it would have glitter detail which when they arrived, none of them had. My daughter was very disappointed and for the cost, I cannot pay for another 65 cards under expedited shipping as I did for her invitations. Sadly, my daughter is very disappointed. We will not be using zazzle in the future.”

“The shirt is defective, there is an extra piece of material like a tail sticking out from under the arm. You would think when they are making a custom shirt they would have noticed this obvious defect.”
