I ordered wedding agenda fans and they came so tiny! The font is tiny too. I'm really disappointed! Also I ordered table numbers from them and I needed to order each number and for some reason when I added them to the cart they were not in numerical order so I missed one number. But i mean they should of asked if I meant to do that, because obviously i would've ordered all 1-20 numbers.

Ordered business cards and the card quality/representation was NOT what the website photo indicated. I thought I was getting a beautiful shiny rose gold card, but what I received was a pink card, with white streaks (to mimic shine) Obviously now that I’ve got them, I see how it tricked me…but I’m just very disappointed. They look childish, not professional at all.

I was short 10 envelopes. fortunately I had some that were the correct size from a previous project!. I am on a tight deadline so this was tragic. Otherwise the invitation was delivered as expected and the invites were perfect!

Ordered some birthday serviettes for my Husbands big birthday. A bit put off by the cost but thought it a special birthday so go for it. Shocked at the cost of the postage but once again thought ok. Wished I’d not bothered when they arrived. Smaller than the average serviettes came packaged in a small box inside a much larger box hence the exorbitant postal charge. Not worth the extra cost just to put a name and age on there

Use another company. Ordered wedding invitations and only half the order arrived. The RSVP cards never came and they had to reorder them. So...we sent out wedding invitations late. Also, the quality was not up to the standards I expected. Looked like water smears on the back of the invitations.

I personalised an existing design for stationery paper and that is okay, but they offered envelopes to go with it that I needed to pay extra for (!). Okay, so I ordered the envelopes as well. They are totally mismatched in size to the stationery. The pads of stationary are relatively small and I got these large envelopes (bigger than the stationery itself, which you would normally fold to go into an envelope). Plus the envelopes have an ugly stamp-ish looking message on them about needing postage and are not standard size for postage rates, so you would have to pay extra postage to actually use them. Did they just grab some left over envelopes? If you have nice stationery paper, at least have suitable envelopes that match nicely to go with them or don't offer. It is disappointing as I will have to buy envelopes to go with the stationery before I give the stationary as a gift and I don't know what I will do with 60 oversize ugly envelopes that I would have to pay double postage to use anyway.

Ordered a tee shirt with the silhouette of a dog on it with the option to "Add text" below the dog and chose not to. I received the tee and the dog was nicely centered on it, but below it read "ADD TEXT"! Glad it was not meant to be a gift!

I ordered a personalised card for my grandson who has attained a masters degree at St Andrews university. First of all I think the postage for a card £2.99, is a bit steep and it took quite a few days to arrive. Then, much to my disappointment, his name on the front was spelled incorrectly! Won’t be using Zazzle in the future.

Tried to make a repeat order of a button I designed (and successfully purchased repeatedly) many years ago through Zazzle. They claimed there were drug references in the photo because of the word "crack". Long story short, they cancelled my order without any follow-up. They have since also "reviewed" original content for not meeting content guidelines with no explanation of which images were under review or why.

Love the cards but they took well over the expected time to arrive. I did not expect to wait over 30 days for these to arrive. It ruined my plans to surprise my bridesmaids

I wanted to like them. Customer service isn’t the best. I’ve seen worst. My specific issue was for a gift that I designed for someone using their face and name. Normal. Personalization is why I went to the site and it’s what the site is about mostly. (Note: I previously ordered office supplies from them and they weren’t high quality.) Not only was my order canceled without consulting me first, they didn’t reply to my initial reach out and when I finally got ahold of someone I was told to wait for the team to get back to me. (Um. Already on the phone with you.) The issue was I used my partner’s face and name. Isn’t that the point? Won’t be using them again. A mess.

I ordered a Music sound Board ornament for my Granddaughter. It was as I ordered except that the print they used was not inserted correctly and part of the edge shows. It's very obvious. I'll keep the ornament even tho I'm not happy with it. The website is hard to maneuver, hard to use. Definitely not user friendly. Will not order from them again.

Normally I have ordered from Zazzle and been pleased about the products and fast delivery, albeit expensive. However today I just received an email saying 8 magnets out of 12 that I ordered can’t be processed but the remaining 2 can. Well I don’t want to pay around £5 pp for 2 small magnets instead of 12. Tried to cancel order, tel not open till Mon. and looking at all the complaint procedures is mind boggling, so if they want to send me the 2 remaining magnets fine, but they should credit the pp as the original complete order was accepted and then a day later I’m told 8 items aren’t. Why not tell me there and then and I would have cancelled whole order. Feel like I’ve been hooked in.😠

Ordered a mask July 14th. It is August 24th and the shipping details still say it's in LA, while I'm in Canada. By time it gets here the pandemic will be over smh

I ordered two masks, which did not arrive for a month, even thought I was charged on the day I ordered. One mask was the wrong one. When I emailed they promised a “speedy replacement will be sent.” If four weeks is speedy, I am on the wrong planet.

The puzzle I ordered arrived in a disposable box; our bakery uses sturdier boxes for donuts. The puzzle dimensions were smaller than advertised. For $23, a sturdy box with the image of the puzzle on the top is a reasonable customer expectation. Proper packaging greatly influences repeat business.

I thought this was a wonderful thing when I ordered my wedding invitations. They were beautiful, they got here right on time, and I was satisfied. A month later they charged $10 from my account for some membership fee that I did not sign up for. They just used my card to automatically sign me up and take my money. There was never a pop up add or something that told me about this membership. I didn’t even know it existed. I am not happy.

Ordered invitations to estimated the delivery being 5-8 days. But they let me down because my invitations never came and there’s no updates for the past 2 days regardless of it being with weekend. These were my bridesmaids invitation and I wanted to give it to a friend because she left to the US. Haven’t received it and very disappointed.
