“I paid for expedited shipping to new jersey and it never left North Carolina. My first order of photos on fabric for a birthday gift. The AI Customer service is horrible. Waiting for my refund. They lost a cuatomer.”

“This is not what I thought I ordered. The confusion of previous designs submitted that were never deleted was what I chose, yes I made the mistake, but feel that it could have been easily avoided by only having what was sent to me before as the only option to order more of what I had before would be have worked. And the fact that your customer service says-need us to check if everything is right but have to pay for that! That says it all.”

“I did a digital invitation from Zazzle. The 1-star is for the cute invitation. The process itself to do the invitation was cumbersome. I elected to have Zazzle Events send the invitation and keeping track of rsvps, etc. they were terrible! Only a portion of the invitations went out, and the remainder I had to send manually. The big thing is this company seems to be run strictly by AI, so there is not a human to talk to so as to resolve a problem. Extremely frustrating so I won’t use them again.”

“Extremely disappointed with Zazzle.com. I ordered professional executive binders on 7/29 that were guaranteed to arrive by 8/11. As of today, 8/17, I still have not received them. This caused unnecessary stress on my business. I was unable to present my portfolio in a professional manner because I am still waiting on materials I already paid for. The worst part is customer service — there is no one to talk to for a real resolution. For a company that claims to support businesses and professionals, this experience has been completely unprofessional and frustrating. I will not be ordering again.”

“As a individual who dealt with silk screening with spot color and 4 color process for over 30 years. Sorry to say the quality of what I received poor. Image was distorted (not crisp and clear) and a white border that shouldn't be there. Overall i would return the product, however its not worth my time. Sorry our group will not be ordering from Zazzle again.”

“Sent to Zazzle tonight after (3) attempts to get my month-and-a-half old order which was going to be delivered on 4/27/26. BUYER BEWARE.... THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My order was shipped back on April 17th, 2026. Still don't have it. I've tried to use their crappy AI customer service (3) times now...all to no avail. Waited an hour to speak to a human tonight, and received no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I'll be contesting charges with my credit card company tomorrow to get the charge reversed.”

“Paid $22 for my order to arrive on May 22nd. It was an expected date, firm, not an estimated date. I didn't receive any notice of delay until I looked up my order number. Now, it is ESTIMATED to arrive by May 23rd, RUNNING LATE. These are graduation announcements, time sensitive. That's false advertising and fraud to have people pay an exorbitant amount for shipping so it will arrive on time then not follow through. You are not allowed to do that. This was a contract made; I pay you deliver ON TIME. You break that contract then you need to refund. I spoke to an agent and they refused a refund by lying saying it was always an estimate never a for sure date. Not according to my screenshots.”
