Zazzle charged my credit card for an unauthorized membership. I called the the same day I saw the charge and asked them to refund the charge. They denied my request and said they couldn’t because it was already processed, even though I didn’t agree to it. DO NOT sign up for free shipping or you will undoubtedly get caught in this renewal trap. It’s a scam!!

Stamp cannot be read. Blobs of ink in most letters and numbers. Top address sample on ink stamp is the same. Horrible stamp! Refund or send me a better stamp.

Ink fills up some of the letters and numbers, making them unreadable. They look like black blobs. So the address stamp is useless. The sample on the top of the stamp looks bad also. See pics. Very unsatisfied and unhappy. Would like a refund and a stamp that is legible.

Don't order from this company if you want timely shipment of order. You pay for express shipping and they send it to you the cheapest possible option. I made a mistake of ordering my first initial invitations here for a family member's party I'm hosting. I had to add another set of order because I want it to be uniform with the first batch of order and big mistake because the second order has even taken longer to arrive.

The invitations were printed poorly. There is a thin white border on two of the sides that I have to cut off with a paper cuter.

Beware! When you sign up ….you will not get a notice for automatic renewal until it’s happened…then try to get out of it….nope! I’m stuck for another year and I haven’t ordered anything since the beginning of signing up!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! I ordered a photo upload card from Zazzle Ireland over 3 weeks ago and it has only just arrived! They stuck some random yellow sticker on the envelope that conveyed nothing, but appeared to be blaming Brexit for the delay!? That simply isn’t good enough! I was charged £3.19 for postage, which was actually more than the cost of the card! I could have easily ordered something similar from Moonpig or the many other card companies that specialise in personalisations. Even ordering from the US would have have arrived more quickly! I only chose this company because I could add more photos on the back! And it was intended as a thank you card to friends who had kindly put us up in their home for a holiday last month! Absolutely no point in sending it now. The moment has been and gone. What a complete waste of my time and money!

Everything they say I try to do we have to have permission for. Are you kidding me so I can't take a picture that I took and send it to you to put on a badge? There is not even a copyright on what I am using. So please explain how everything anyone sends is allowed to be used. 1 star waisted my time with this company.

I have just received my order. It is NOT a thank you card - It is NOT even a card that one can write a message on. It is just a black piece of card with a ‘Life is better on a bicycle’ and some art work. It is definitely NOT as I imagined it. I would like to return this - I will NOT recommend your product at all. I also waited nearly a month to get this card. Product definitely NOT AS DESCRIBED. Difficult to get a repayment despite their promise....

The item came in so dark I couldn’t see what was on the cup. I emailed customer service regarding a return as it’s satisfaction guaranteed however, I haven’t heard back yet…I’m very disappointed with the poor quality of the item and the very unsatisfactory customer service.

I am sending back my order because you can't read the last part of the invitation it's to dark. I can't used them. This has put me in a very bad position with my church. the asst. Pastor go to office depot on Saturday to get some invitations printed in a hurry. I paid for them to be shipped to me in plenty of time just incase we had to make adjustments. They came later than the estimated time. Overall this has been a bad experience. I sent the invitations back and I do want a refund because I can't use them.

My invitations came out very blurry and dark. This is the first and last time buying from Zazzle. Very disappointed too after I paid $150 for invitations including fast delivery which took 4 days after my order was placed.

Do not order from Zazzle they seem to be a scam company. With some of the rudest people that you could ever talk to. They are demeaning, belligerent completely disgusting in their manner. Any legit company would never talk to anyone the way they have talked with customers THAT ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION. Use any other company to order what you need DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY ZAZLLE. There have been many other complaints with them. Do not waste your time or your money with these useless unprofessional p.o.s go elsewhere.

Had everything designed for my wedding project. My fiancee spent countless hours designing the template and we were excited once we submitted the work. Zazzle canceled our order 4 days later saying there were possible copy-right images for our seating chart and seating table numbers. Called customer service immediately after and they said it had to do with our photos in the project. The customer service rep told us to remove the photos and reorder the project and everything should be fine. The very next day our order got canceled again because it is not in compliance with guidelines. This is now pushing close to our wedding date, and we don't have extra time to spare. We did what the customer service rep told us to fix the issue and now we're stuck with another issue without detailed explanation. Tried to call again immediately this morning, but the phone lines are conveniently down on the weekends. I assume this company just wants to corner us and force us to go with them for expedited shipping so they can make an extra buck. We'll pay for expedited shipping for another company elsewhere. This has been a nightmare for us, and I do not recommend this company.
