Zazzle stated they sent my event passes to my mailbox. Nope! I have a ring doorbell and they were never delivered. I’m 5 days out from my event… and no passes… but over $200 short.

I bought business cards with free shipping if I sign up for a trial membership. I decided to cancel the membership. They credited my zazzle account and won't credit my credit card. This first and last purchase from. Zazzle.i mean why would I buy anything from anywhere other than the leader which is Amazon who never question a return or a refund with no questions asked.

I ordered a card that had a quote attributed to Shakespeare. I gave it to an English teacher for Valentine’s Day. He explained to me that the quote was not from Shakespeare! How embarrassing! It was a bad paraphrase of a Shakespeare quote.

We're told we would be getting a refund for a personalized binder.. Not only did that not happen but they billed us for it again . When confronted about it they insisted the withdrawal on our account was actually a deposit. Still have not received a refund.

Received a shirt that was much darker than the one that I ordered. They have 100% satisfaction guarantee but you may have to pay return postage They were accusing me of trying to get away with something See the pictures for evidence.

I ordered a wrapping paper for my daughters birthday. When I looked online its looks so nice because you can customise and a name and wishes. When I received its looked awful. So I was so disappointed 😞 and asked for a refund.

Originally I ordered a vinyl Hours sign for my office. This sign arrived and the ink bled immediately. I requested a replacement. The replacement was sent but by then we had decided to install new commercial doors. The replacement was on white backing and appeared to be an exact duplicate. However after the new doors were installed we applied the new sign. It turned out to be clear instead of printed on a white background like the original. As a result it can't be seen through the doors and is completely useless. I contacted Zazzle who didn't care that it was their mistake only that several months had passed before we realized it. Zazzle had 2 attempts to print my hours sign undamaged and correctly. They failed in both attempts and now refuse to correct either mistake. They offered me a discount coupon. Why should I believe spending more $ with Zazzle will result in my receiving what I already paid for?

Zazzle includes auto-renewal as a part of their memberships.  I did not intend to renew, but didn't catch this when I signed up.  I hadn't interacted with them for the year after I signed up and used the membership, till I saw the charge for the auto-renewal on my credit card.  This is not an honest way to do business.  Stay away from these guys.

Beware!!! I was automatically signed up and just had a $20 auto charge to my credit card by Zazzle. When I contacted them, Dee would not be removed. Dirty company!!! Ornament I bought over a year ago was so so. Not worth this auto charge!!!!!

My experience with zazzle had been terrible. I placed an order 2 months ago, I paid shipping for each item to zazzle when made the purchase. Until now I’m still receiving the order in bits and pieces and every time I have to pay additional shipping for each delivery. That’s not it!!! Some of the items and rubbish. I ordered maybe 20 tshirts in small size, they came in cc’d very tight, quality of fabrics is very cheap. Printing of my coffee mug cake green instead of black, stickers canes blurry, hoodie faded after washing. All the branding on stationary is blurry and the not the same colors as the logo. Terrible experience and waste of more than 1000$

I ordered black glitter wrapping paper and it looked HORRIBLE. It wasn't even glittery OR black. Waste of $25, I'd NEVER order with them ever again.

Ordered two shirts for Christmas.they came in they whete the cheapest worst things i have ever seen called told them they face me a very hard time about a refund lady was rude. So the refund came today was short $9 calked back lady hung on me when I ask her why it was short $9 she told me lucky I got anything back so called my bank will ket them handle it from here.sad service would never do business with them again

Placed an order to be delivered on December 23rd, paid $25 for express shipping to make sure it was here before Christmas as well. Package showed shipped the 21st and not to arrive until 27th after I was assured delivery by the 23rd. Today is the 27th and its still not here...... I'm thinking someone didnt express ship!!! 😡😡😡

I ordered three large T-shirts with a special logo and it took about 15 days to receive after one call telling me my order had been lost. I waited another five days for them to send me my order and when I received my order, the T-shirts were made for children And I could not wear them. Called customer service who said they wanted to send me three more and I said no please return my money to my credit card account. They said they would and even verified in an email that they would but they have not returned my money and it’s been over three weeks. I will never do business with this company ever again. They are not honest and the products they sent me were for children and not adult size.

I ordered an item that was "one size fits all." I had ordered this same item twice before. The new item arrived and was so small I couldn't wear it. Since it was obvious that Zazzle changed the sizing on this item I asked if I could simply order a different one that might fit. After numerous emails with a "customer service" rep, I received a discount code. It didn't work. Another lengthy round of emails only to finally get a reply that the code wouldn't work on my selected item. I had explained what I wanted from day one but the CSR only regurgitated Zazzle script for days and days wasting my time and, in the end, failing to help at all.

Zazzle ruined Christmas. I ordered printed pillows a month in advanced. Received a delivery date. Product never came. Customer service put me on hold only to hang up. Promised calls were never returned. Had to scramble for other gifts. Amazon safed the day. I will never use or recommend Zazzle again.
