I ordered black glitter wrapping paper and it looked HORRIBLE. It wasn't even glittery OR black. Waste of $25, I'd NEVER order with them ever again.

Ordered two shirts for Christmas.they came in they whete the cheapest worst things i have ever seen called told them they face me a very hard time about a refund lady was rude. So the refund came today was short $9 calked back lady hung on me when I ask her why it was short $9 she told me lucky I got anything back so called my bank will ket them handle it from here.sad service would never do business with them again

Placed an order to be delivered on December 23rd, paid $25 for express shipping to make sure it was here before Christmas as well. Package showed shipped the 21st and not to arrive until 27th after I was assured delivery by the 23rd. Today is the 27th and its still not here...... I'm thinking someone didnt express ship!!! 😡😡😡

I ordered three large T-shirts with a special logo and it took about 15 days to receive after one call telling me my order had been lost. I waited another five days for them to send me my order and when I received my order, the T-shirts were made for children And I could not wear them. Called customer service who said they wanted to send me three more and I said no please return my money to my credit card account. They said they would and even verified in an email that they would but they have not returned my money and it’s been over three weeks. I will never do business with this company ever again. They are not honest and the products they sent me were for children and not adult size.

I ordered an item that was "one size fits all." I had ordered this same item twice before. The new item arrived and was so small I couldn't wear it. Since it was obvious that Zazzle changed the sizing on this item I asked if I could simply order a different one that might fit. After numerous emails with a "customer service" rep, I received a discount code. It didn't work. Another lengthy round of emails only to finally get a reply that the code wouldn't work on my selected item. I had explained what I wanted from day one but the CSR only regurgitated Zazzle script for days and days wasting my time and, in the end, failing to help at all.

Zazzle ruined Christmas. I ordered printed pillows a month in advanced. Received a delivery date. Product never came. Customer service put me on hold only to hang up. Promised calls were never returned. Had to scramble for other gifts. Amazon safed the day. I will never use or recommend Zazzle again.

Disappointing experience with Zazzle and their source supplier sadly. Ordered some Christmas cards in November so that I could get them sent off well in advance of any Royal Mail industrial action. The cards were delivered but without envelopes despite the description stating that envelopes were included. The contact in Zazzle Customer Service seemed mystified as to why envelopes would be required but promised to get them sent on. The next delivery was a duplicate of the cards but again with no envelopes. Contacted Zazzle who again promised to send the envelopes. As of now almost a month after the original order I have no envelopes and cannot find an alternative on the high street that matches the size of the cards. As the Royal Mail posting deadline is upon me the cards are now useless. Shambolic really and I shall not be using Zazzle again.

I paid for expedited shipping and still my wedding save the date cards are last their delivery date. Its been three days past the DELIVERY DATE and I still haven't even gotten an email saying they're done being made. Nice designs, but its not worth waiting on OVERPRICED and LATE products.

I am so upset. I ordered Christmas cards and paid a lot of money for shipping. I received the cards on the last day of the time span they had given me, and then they were the wrong cards!! I called and was refunded, however, they did not offer anything to accommodate me. I was not offered overnight cards or to get a refund and rush me my cards. I received someone's cards with their good news of being pregnant, and I feel so bad for those people who didn't get their cards. Awful customer service. I had ordered before, and will never again.

Order is taking longer than expected, plus on top of that, paid for shipping. Shipped on Nov 11th and should have been 5-7 days. Here we are now Nov. 27th and still have not received my order. Very disappointed with my first experience using this service. You would think my order was coming from overseas, but nope, right here in the US.

If you are looking to buy holiday/Christmas cards the 50% off sounds great until they add a shipping fee of almost $1 per card.NOPE

Zazzle charged my credit card for an unauthorized membership. I called the the same day I saw the charge and asked them to refund the charge. They denied my request and said they couldn’t because it was already processed, even though I didn’t agree to it. DO NOT sign up for free shipping or you will undoubtedly get caught in this renewal trap. It’s a scam!!

Stamp cannot be read. Blobs of ink in most letters and numbers. Top address sample on ink stamp is the same. Horrible stamp! Refund or send me a better stamp.

Ink fills up some of the letters and numbers, making them unreadable. They look like black blobs. So the address stamp is useless. The sample on the top of the stamp looks bad also. See pics. Very unsatisfied and unhappy. Would like a refund and a stamp that is legible.

Don't order from this company if you want timely shipment of order. You pay for express shipping and they send it to you the cheapest possible option. I made a mistake of ordering my first initial invitations here for a family member's party I'm hosting. I had to add another set of order because I want it to be uniform with the first batch of order and big mistake because the second order has even taken longer to arrive.
