“DO NOT use this site for business cards unless you want to receive a product that looks nothing like the proof you are provided when ordering. They will not make it right, treat you like it was your fault, and expect you to order with a discount and try again. Recommendation is to run. Waste of money.”

“I ordered a slim fit XL t-shirt, but the shirt they sent me, while the tag said XL, had to be a small or medium. Even my sister who's much smaller than me, couldn't get it passed one shoulder. Add to this, I sent them an email and didn't get a response.”

“This was the cheapest printed “postcard” I’ve ever seen. It did not match the description . Terrible paper and the size is too small. The actual print is runny and extremely poor quality. I could have printed a better one at home and I might do that.”

“Shipping cost 20 dollars and takes TEN DAYS. A package the size of a shoebox can be mailed from the post office as priority, and it costs 20 dollars and takes two days. It is unacceptable to wait ten days for Christmas Cards when 20 dollar postage is paid. When you complain, they basically tell you that you didn't read the fine print and they have 5-7 business days to deliver. I didn't think I needed to read the "fine print" on my Christmas Card order. Next year I'll use Shutterfly or Minted. They deliver promptly. I believe Zazzle might even be taking some of the shipping costs for themselves because it really doesn't add up. Never again Zazzle.”

“it wasn't what I expected. The gold faux is'nt nearly as pretty as the web photo. I also missed that it was 'faux' and expected gold 'foiol' so that is on me, but even so, the faux part doesn't deliver.”

“I ordered business cards and never received. I waited 3 weeks for them to tell me I ordered a magnet. Which I didn’t. The representative was obviously reading from a script and not listening to me. Supposedly I am going to be refunded but I’m not holding my breath.”

“I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER AT ALL. I ORDERED 500 BUSINESS CARDS FOR MY AUTO REPAIR SHOP AND ONLY RECEIVED 400, RECEIVED 100 THAT WEREN'T FROM MY ORDER. THE QUALITY IN THE PRINTING WERE NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ONLINE. WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!!”
