I placed and order over the weekend. Once I placed it I noticed a spelling error. So I went in and tried to fix it and it had said it was already processing. Once It hits the processing stage you cannot modify or cancel the order and start over. This website is not user friendly. The website states that they are not available over weekends or holidays and will get back to you within the first 1-2 business days. It should not have been in the processing stage if no one was able to be reached over the weekend. I would like the spelling error to be fixed or I would like to be reimbursed for what I need. If I do not hear back soon I will contact BBB.
