As upset on different forms I started off of a 750 spending power used it once all my payments are made on time I only owe two more payments until my order is paid off and each of them have been paid ahead well before the deadline and one contact it says will they tell me that my accounts and not in good standing like prove it I have it on my phone right now that I'm paid ahead they use the same old line to degrade people that actually use their service they pray on people that can't make their payments for extra fees and stuff and when you prove to them that you can pay them on time they cut your spending power very shady company that likes to basically blame you even though you've done nothing wrong

Undecided how I feel. They have good options and fair but kind of expensive invites. They ship USPS and will be the reason I never order again, my order has been delayed multiple days and I am not happy

There was a misspelled word on our invitations which while was in fact our fault, I am terribly disappointed that you didn’t alert us on the error so it could be corrected. That should be part of the service is to check all spelling and verify one last time prior to printing like some of your competitors in fact so via email.

I will NEVER order from your company again! Over priced products and WAY over priced shipping. $7.00 shipping for a greeting card. It cost me 55 cents to send it! I am unsubscribing!!!!!

The ink pad that came with my stamp was smaller than my stamp and not a single stamp came out without an issue of not fully showing.

I placed and order over the weekend. Once I placed it I noticed a spelling error. So I went in and tried to fix it and it had said it was already processing. Once It hits the processing stage you cannot modify or cancel the order and start over. This website is not user friendly. The website states that they are not available over weekends or holidays and will get back to you within the first 1-2 business days. It should not have been in the processing stage if no one was able to be reached over the weekend. I would like the spelling error to be fixed or I would like to be reimbursed for what I need. If I do not hear back soon I will contact BBB.

I have used Zazzle a number of times and generally had high approval ratings. The last order I placed, however, makes me now a "never giving them a cent again" customer. I've only ever done that before at one other business - and i'm almost 60. So I didn't know that they have a gestapo security content enforcement patrol. The shirt they canceled was an 'in your face' display of how MAGA discriminates. No Blacks, No Browns, No Gays, Go MAGA! The back said, "Cast Women Down, Go MAGA!" The idea is to get people to consider what is happening and not stand back and let discrimination become the norm for all fringe groups. Zazzles, apparently doesn't like anything that is against MAGA. They actually told me that they were denying the shirt because I was the one who was discriminating. So they went beyond just bad business by insulting me in a way I have never been insulted. I happen to be in two of the groups that are being discriminted against. Now I'm being discriminated against by Zazzles. I canceled the rest of the order as well as my Zazzles membership. Can anyone recommend a business that doesn't mind the 1st amendment right to free speech?

Zazzle stated they sent my event passes to my mailbox. Nope! I have a ring doorbell and they were never delivered. I’m 5 days out from my event… and no passes… but over $200 short.

I bought business cards with free shipping if I sign up for a trial membership. I decided to cancel the membership. They credited my zazzle account and won't credit my credit card. This first and last purchase from. Zazzle.i mean why would I buy anything from anywhere other than the leader which is Amazon who never question a return or a refund with no questions asked.

I ordered a card that had a quote attributed to Shakespeare. I gave it to an English teacher for Valentine’s Day. He explained to me that the quote was not from Shakespeare! How embarrassing! It was a bad paraphrase of a Shakespeare quote.

We're told we would be getting a refund for a personalized binder.. Not only did that not happen but they billed us for it again . When confronted about it they insisted the withdrawal on our account was actually a deposit. Still have not received a refund.
