Pins were so small it was impossible to read the date and place to commemorate the trip. I will be throwing them in the trash. I would be ashamed to give them to my friends

My invitations and napkins were beautiful on time and i am very pleased. Yesterday i received the glass stem with our name and initial. They are so tiny you can not read them. So for this order i am not pleased with product although the service was good.

Zazzle did not make me happy. I ordered a sign that ended up costing ~$100 and it had these two lines in it. Which you would have had to zoom in on the picture to see. To offer me 20% off the next order really doesn’t cut it. Very dissatisfied.

The cards were 2 inches by 3 inches! I thought I was ordering standard 4x 6 cards. When I looked back on order, there were a options to make the size larger but they were much more expensive. Feel the page was deceiving.

The quality of my business cards is not as good as it usually is. There is marks all over the front and back of them. There's lines going through the design. And they look pretty beat up, there's ink smears on almost every one. I tried to upload photos but it won't work. But they don't look good and I'm kind of embarrassed about having to give these to clients.

Overall, I am pleased with the prompt delivery of the cards. However, I would appreciate an improvement in the quality. The professional photographs appear blurred on the cards and lack definition.

I received my order and did not have the time to send back due to timing of event and need to send out. The ink on the invite side was spotty and light. I was between the gold or silver and picked the silver to match the from design side. I was happy with swan design. Not happy with the printing side. The ink was very light on one side of card and darker on other side. For the cost of $73.00 too expensive for quality. I also edited my order for x5 additional cards and 5 blank envelopes, I did not receive them.

They made an error on my personal card, printing the name of a bogus business they use for their template on the back. Seriously? They think their clients want that on their cards? My downloaded proof showed a blank back side and I approved that proof for printing. But it arrives with the name of that fake business on the back. They show me their proof for the printing with that company name, a proof I have never seen. They refused to reprint as to my proof and offered me a credit for a new job. But the credit, which they say is on my account, is nowhere to be found. When I mentioned that to them they did not respond. This is a company of dizzy robots, keep you distance.

I had previously ordered from them and was very satisfied with the product; however, I tried to order from them again and while they had a legit reason not to make the product, they neglected to inform me they canceled my order which was a gift I needed by a certain time. Luckily, I looked online to see the update, but when I asked what happened to my order, they indicated I was lying by saying it must ended up in the spam folder which is BS because I specifically searched both the inbox and spam for any Zazzle emails. Just own up to your mess up, not blame your customer.
