“This was the cheapest printed “postcard” I’ve ever seen. It did not match the description . Terrible paper and the size is too small. The actual print is runny and extremely poor quality. I could have printed a better one at home and I might do that.”

“The products came as ordered, but we paid $40 for express shipping. Shipping started on December 11 and got here on the 18th. Absolutely unacceptable.”

“Shipping cost 20 dollars and takes TEN DAYS. A package the size of a shoebox can be mailed from the post office as priority, and it costs 20 dollars and takes two days. It is unacceptable to wait ten days for Christmas Cards when 20 dollar postage is paid. When you complain, they basically tell you that you didn't read the fine print and they have 5-7 business days to deliver. I didn't think I needed to read the "fine print" on my Christmas Card order. Next year I'll use Shutterfly or Minted. They deliver promptly. I believe Zazzle might even be taking some of the shipping costs for themselves because it really doesn't add up. Never again Zazzle.”

“it wasn't what I expected. The gold faux is'nt nearly as pretty as the web photo. I also missed that it was 'faux' and expected gold 'foiol' so that is on me, but even so, the faux part doesn't deliver.”

“I ordered business cards and never received. I waited 3 weeks for them to tell me I ordered a magnet. Which I didn’t. The representative was obviously reading from a script and not listening to me. Supposedly I am going to be refunded but I’m not holding my breath.”

“I asked twice to change the size of the shirt within minutes of ordering and never got a response nor the larger size The shirts run very small I won t order from Zazzle again They have no customer service”

“I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER AT ALL. I ORDERED 500 BUSINESS CARDS FOR MY AUTO REPAIR SHOP AND ONLY RECEIVED 400, RECEIVED 100 THAT WEREN'T FROM MY ORDER. THE QUALITY IN THE PRINTING WERE NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ONLINE. WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!!”

“As upset on different forms I started off of a 750 spending power used it once all my payments are made on time I only owe two more payments until my order is paid off and each of them have been paid ahead well before the deadline and one contact it says will they tell me that my accounts and not in good standing like prove it I have it on my phone right now that I'm paid ahead they use the same old line to degrade people that actually use their service they pray on people that can't make their payments for extra fees and stuff and when you prove to them that you can pay them on time they cut your spending power very shady company that likes to basically blame you even though you've done nothing wrong”

“Undecided how I feel. They have good options and fair but kind of expensive invites. They ship USPS and will be the reason I never order again, my order has been delayed multiple days and I am not happy”

“There was a misspelled word on our invitations which while was in fact our fault, I am terribly disappointed that you didn’t alert us on the error so it could be corrected. That should be part of the service is to check all spelling and verify one last time prior to printing like some of your competitors in fact so via email.”

“I will NEVER order from your company again! Over priced products and WAY over priced shipping. $7.00 shipping for a greeting card. It cost me 55 cents to send it! I am unsubscribing!!!!!”
