The shipping envelope from USPS had 2 terrible rips in it. I waited to open when I was able to take some photos before I opened it - since I could see the custom pillow in those rips - and it had no other protective shipping packaging. I just opened it this morning and took photos of those 2 rips - one in center front over shipping label and one along the top where your return label was on package. Just let me know if you want me to send you photos - and I saved shipping envelope and thankfully my custom pillow was not damaged that I can tell at this time. I hope this question go to Zazzle customer service and not 'customers of Zazzle'. Thank you.

I ordered two sets of 10 invitations and envelopes and only received 16 invitations. Is ther anyway I could receive the remaining four invitations? Thank you.
