Shipping cost 20 dollars and takes TEN DAYS. A package the size of a shoebox can be mailed from the post office as priority, and it costs 20 dollars and takes two days. It is unacceptable to wait ten days for Christmas Cards when 20 dollar postage is paid. When you complain, they basically tell you that you didn't read the fine print and they have 5-7 business days to deliver. I didn't think I needed to read the "fine print" on my Christmas Card order. Next year I'll use Shutterfly or Minted. They deliver promptly. I believe Zazzle might even be taking some of the shipping costs for themselves because it really doesn't add up. Never again Zazzle.
