I am so upset. I ordered Christmas cards and paid a lot of money for shipping.
I received the cards on the last day of the time span they had given me, and then they were the wrong cards!! I called and was refunded, however, they did not offer anything to accommodate me. I was not offered overnight cards or to get a refund and rush me my cards. I received someone's cards with their good news of being pregnant, and I feel so bad for those people who didn't get their cards. Awful customer service. I had ordered before, and will never again.
