Bad quality is an understatement for this company. I ordered a Faux Leather Placemat. The shipping was as much as the placemat, which seems to be where they are making their money. When the thing came it was a heavy piece of paper with a leather photo print on it. A joke! It was not a placemat. I did get someone on the phone and they refunded my price, but not the shipping. So yes, this is a scam.
