I needed some notecards and Zazzle had some nice options, but the shipping cost was like 50% (or more) of the purchase price! As consumers we have so many options, there's just no reason we should pay almost as much for shipping as we pay for the purchase item. I thought as a courtesy I would tell Zazzle privately why I'm unsubscribing and deleting the "you left something in your cart" emails, but you can't reach them without a wild goose chase. And now I see that the reviews are almost all bad! I've been a customer for a long time, but Zazzle has driven me away.
