They advertise that you can customize your own, logo, design, etc on whatever you want through their site. They let you spend HOURS designing your product, charge your card and THEN tell you that "it doesn't meet their standards for branding" and deny it on AFTER the charge on your card has gone through. You can't talk with anyone who "denied" it except for email and even then it takes a while for someone to respond, if they do at all. I designed a Christmas gift that was TIME SENSITIVE and they couldn't tell me exactly what about my design was not acceptable. Not worth your time or hassel with this company!!!!!!
