I ordered 2 x personalised mouse pads and a personalised apron in November for Christmas presents, then just got an email TODAY the 16th December saying they’ve cancelled my order as they’re out of stuck. I’m now given 9 days to find numerous presents which will no doubt be unable to be personalised in time. Absolutely disgraceful service and will never order with them again.
