I have three orders now from zazzle. They're all fantastics. I usually don't write reviews but I would like to shout out for zazzle. (1) Their flexibility on personalization is great. I customized our wedding invitation cards, wedding envelopes, bar napkins, stickers etc. (2) The customer service is great. My bar napkins were ordered only about half a month before the wedding date. One week before the wedding, I called them b/c they were not shipped yet and they upgraded my shipping to express without any cost. (3) Their prices are reasonable. Of course they are more expensive than buying non-personalized items from other places. But people need personalizations, especially for occasions like wedding, birthday party, etc. Plus they often offer 15% - 50% discount on almost all items and for some items there also bulk discount (often up to 50% off), making them affordable to me.
