I ordered special personalized wedding shower napkins on Jan. 27, 2022. I was told they would be delivered by April 28, 2022.
My shower was May 7, 2022. When they didn't arrive by May 1, I called customer service. Guess what? They had not even started them. No email...no anything stating they were not going to arrive. Don't waste your time on the trash company.
Oh, and my debit card went through the day I placed the order. We'll how long it takes to get a refund.
