Didn't receive a confirmation email at first and I didn't make an account until after I ordered my dress and the order wouldn't come up anywhere. It was difficult when it came to them finding my order and it took up to the date I received my order for them to basically even find it. That wasn't great and I thought I got scammed until it arrived. It's so beautiful and I got it custom and it fits perfectly. Just what I asked for.
