Pretty design, but I thought the fabric looked cheap. I re-ordered the pillow in cotton & I hope that will be an improvement over polyester. Both pillows were a little pricey, I thought, especially since they're only 16 x 16. They are on sale, though...
Haven't really dealt with customer service. The delivery was fine. I don't think I can return the first pillow because I can't find the receipt or the packaging it came in.
