I had previously ordered from them and was very satisfied with the product; however, I tried to order from them again and while they had a legit reason not to make the product, they neglected to inform me they canceled my order which was a gift I needed by a certain time. Luckily, I looked online to see the update, but when I asked what happened to my order, they indicated I was lying by saying it must ended up in the spam folder which is BS because I specifically searched both the inbox and spam for any Zazzle emails. Just own up to your mess up, not blame your customer.
