Shortly after I ordered an IPhone otterbox for my granddaughter from Zazzle, I found out that her phone wasn't working and she was getting another phone and that case wouldn't work. I filled out the form on their website about what happened and requested a refund. They answered me in about an hour letting me know they approved my return request and had initiated a refund to the account used to make my purchase. That's great customer service!
