I sent an order, excited as hell to get something for my husband. It cost about 21 dollars not including shipping.
I never received it, and it was taking a hell of a long time to get through the mail so I shot support a question or two and they confirmed that yes, it was indeed on its way.
That was two years ago. It never came.
I went and talked to support again and they fed me some spiel about how because I ordered through the "American" site as a "canadian" I was not eligible for the mail? That they sent? To my address through USPS?
I paid for this and for shipping, so that doesnt make sense bc no other company is like that.
They promised me that I would get the shipping cost back and a special discount code to re-order it on the canadian site.
I never got EITHER of those things, in fact they havent sent me a single thing. I never got refunded for the original product, I never got refunded for the cost of shipping, I never even got to see the product I ordered and I am absolutely livid.
I dont think I can within good conscience ever recommend them.
