I needed two yard signs for very important one day celebrations. I placed my order with Zazzle and paid $25 for express shipping in order to receive the signs by April 23 or 24. Well, those days have come and gone. Zazzle never reached out to me about this so I reached out to customer service. I was told I could receive a refund of the shipping amount which is nice, however, not helpful in receiving my signage. Customer service said they don’t know when I’ll get my signs. So frustrated. If you really don’t know when you’ll get a product to a customer, please don’t make guarantees at the order stage. I recognize right now things are challenging overall in the world, but when I placed my order, there was no caveat about possibly delayed shipping only a statement that I WOULD receive it April 23 or 24 and now they won’t even give me an expected date. Not sure how you can feel good about this?
