I ordered products that were dated to be delivered a few days ago. I then contacted customer support to inquire about the delay with my order after seeing it had not even been manufactured by the delivery date window. I have received no response as to when I can receive my order. I have no idea what is happening with my order, or if I will even ever receive it. I understand there may be COVID-19 related issues with delivery, manufacturing ect., however if that is the case than I should have been notified before placing my order, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased anything from this website. I feel that It's a completely misleading and an abusive consumer practice to not notify customers about possible delays or issues in fulfilling orders, as this is what I based my purchasing decision on. This is a warning to other consumers to please consider my experience with Zazzle before you order anything from this website.
