As we were in lockdown & unable to go to the shops I bought a birthday card online from Zazzle. The card eventually arrived....but without an envelope to post it! I contacted customer care immediately & they replied that they would sent me an envelope & that was on the 19th March. I am still waiting for the envelope to arrive & it is now 3rd of May- too late for my friend's birthday.
Rubbish service. Won't buy from this site again.
