I can't express how upset I am. I placed my order on 5/1 for a product that supposedly takes 1-2 days to produce (based on their website) and then ships after production. I contacted customer service on 5/7 and they told me yes it's still in 'making' status ( yea thanks I can see that on my order page) and they upgraded my shipping to 2 day at no charge. So now it's 5/11 and it still hasn't shipped! I called again today and they apologized and said they would make my order today and ship today via overnight at no additional charge, and I should have it tomorrow. Well, they've now closed for the day and my order never shipped. Not a good partner to have if you're a business owner because they're not reliable. I'm now losing sales thanks to Zazzle dropping the ball. You can't get a hold of anyone during regular business hours (supposed to be 9am-5pm) because they close early and take 3 business days to respond to emails. Buy at your own risk business owners....you've been warned.
