I have a 1 because I was unable to give a ZERO! I ordered 4 custom fabrics on July 3 2020. I received my order on July 22 but one of my fabrics was missing and in its place “Trump 2020”! I went online to customer service, filed a report and sent a picture. I have never been contacted. While I was talking to a designer regarding another order, he offered to take care of my fabric problem. He said it would be expedited and sent express. On August 11th I still had not received my fabric. I called customer service and spoke to Ryan, who looked up my history and said my correction order had never been put thru by customer service (though he could see a record of my request)! Ryan promised to expedite my order and ship express. On Aug. 20 I have still not received my order and have waited for over an hour on hold for customer service to no avail. I have logged another complaint online with customer service and 24 hours later have not been contacted. I will now contact CapitalOne to get my money back. I shop online all of the time. DO NOT USE ZAZZLE! Their customer service is appalling and you CANNOT get in touch with a human being!
